We started Deogiri Diabetes Care Centre in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar as a centre only for diabetes and lab testing — so that checking, testing and treatment can all happen in one visit, in one building, with the same two doctors every time.

“Sweet Life with Diabetes”
The centre came out of one simple problem: a patient with sugar in Marathwada was sent first to a physician, then to a lab somewhere else, then to a diet clinic - losing weeks in between. Dr. Deepak Bhosle (diabetologist) and Dr. Vandana Bhosle (pathologist) brought all of it into one building and have run it as a family practice ever since.
Our belief is in the line we tell every patient — a sweet life with diabetes. Sugar stays for life, but it does not have to make your life small. Our job is to make good control normal: medicines you understand, food your family already cooks, and check-ups done before something goes wrong.
Because the doctor and the lab are side by side, your report is read the same day and your medicines are changed while you are still in the building. Between visits, the same doctors reply on WhatsApp.

Foot check with VPT and Doppler, and retina photos on the fundus camera.
Pathology laboratory
Blood collection and testing on EM-200, D-10, cell counter and urine analyser.
Diet counselling
Sat with the dietitian on the same day as your doctor visit.
Pharmacy counter
Diabetes medicines, insulins, pens and needles, with storage explained.

EM-200, D-10 for HbA1c, automatic cell counter and urine analyser - all here, reports mostly the same day.
CGMS / AGP facility
A 14-day sugar sensor with a full AGP graph, read and explained to you by the doctor himself.
Insulin pump clinic
We check if a pump suits you, start it, train you, and keep adjusting the doses.
Diabetic foot clinic
VPT and Doppler testing for feet, plus dressing and follow-up till the wound heals.
