Hum kya karte hain
Sab kuch ek hi jagah par.
Everything for your sugar, in one place.
Doctor, lab tests, monitoring machines, diet advice and patient education — all under one roof. No running from one clinic to another lab to a third counter, and no test repeated just because a report got lost.
Book on WhatsAppAa nahi paa rahe?
Can’t come to the clinic? We can still help.
For elderly patients, people who cannot walk and those living out of town — we collect the blood sample at home, test it in our own lab and send the report digitally. Send your reports on WhatsApp and get dose advice between visits.

Sugar ka ilaaj
Diabetes Care
Obesity Management Clinic
Weight, fat and muscle measured, then a diet and activity target you can actually manage.
Losing even a few kilos can bring sugar down a lot. We give a proper diet plan, a walking or activity target you can actually manage, and medicines only where needed. We track fat and muscle, not just the weighing scale number, and change the plan at every visit so the weight you lose stays off.

CGMS / AGP Facility
A sensor on the arm for up to 14 days, no finger pricks, then one 24-hour graph.
- Up to 14 days
- No finger pricks
- Full AGP report
A small sensor on the arm records sugar every few minutes for up to 14 days, day and night, with no finger pricks. All of it becomes one simple 24-hour graph that shows the night-time lows, the spike after meals and the early morning rise - so we can correct the right dose at the right time.

Suitability check, hands-on training for you and your family, dose setting and review at every visit.
- Training for the family
- Data reviewed at follow-up
For patients who need a lot of insulin, a pump gives a small continuous dose through the day plus an exact dose at meal times. We check whether it suits you, help choose it, train you and your family hands-on, set the doses, and review the pump data at every follow-up.

Nerves, eyes, leg blood flow and kidneys checked on a fixed schedule.
- Nerves · Eyes · Legs · Kidneys
- On a fixed schedule
Diabetes quietly affects nerves, blood vessels, eyes and kidneys years before you feel anything. We check all of them on a fixed schedule: VPT for nerves, fundus camera for the eyes, doppler for blood flow in the legs and urine protein with kidney tests. Damage caught early can be treated; damage caught late cannot.

Equipment · VPT Sensitometer · Fundus Camera · Vascular Doppler (ABI)

Everything is done along with your gynaecologist, including a check after delivery.

Pathological Services

- In-house lab
- Most routine reports same day
- Checked by the pathologist
Our own blood and urine testing lab runs inside the clinic under Dr. Vandana D. Bhosle, Consultant Pathologist. Samples are tested here itself and most routine reports come the same day. Every report is personally checked by her and explained along with your history - not just handed over as a printout.

Equipment · EM-200 · D-10 · Cell Counter · Urine Chemistry Analyser

A short test showing fat, muscle and stomach fat — repeated over months to keep the plan honest.
The weighing scale does not tell the full story. This test shows how much of your weight is fat, how much is muscle, and how much fat is around the stomach organs - so we know whether your diet is burning fat or eating up muscle. Repeated over months, it keeps the plan honest.

Support & Education
OPD / Pharmacy
Morning and evening OPD on appointment; medicines and insulin from the counter inside.
- Mon–Sat
- Morning & evening
- Pharmacy inside
OPD runs in both morning and evening sessions, with proper appointment slots instead of a long queue. The pharmacy inside the clinic keeps the diabetes medicines, insulins and supplies we prescribe, so you can start treatment the same day. How to store insulin, which needle to use and how to use the pen are shown to you at the counter.

Patient Education
Sessions on home testing, injections, low sugar, sick days and foot care. Family welcome.
A patient who understands sugar controls it far better than one who only follows orders. Our sessions cover checking sugar at home, taking injections correctly, what to do when sugar falls low, what to do on days you are ill, and daily foot care. Family members are welcome - often they are the most important people in the room.

Dietician — Nutrition & Diet Advice
A plan built on roti, bhakri, rice, dal and bhaji, matched to your timings and budget.
Our dietitian makes the plan around the food your family already cooks - roti, bhakri, rice, dal and bhaji - not a copied English diet chart. How much, in what order and at what time is decided from your sugar readings, your work timings and your budget, and changed as your treatment changes.

Assessment of Diabetic Food
Practical advice for festivals, travel and weddings — fitting food in instead of banning it.
Straight, practical advice on what to eat and how much. We look at the food you really eat - festival sweets, travel food, wedding buffets - and show you how to fit it in instead of banning it. The plan should survive a normal year in Marathwada, not just one week.
